What we collect

Your email address, a salted hash of your password (never the password itself), the projects you create, aggregate usage metrics for those projects (storage, bandwidth, executions, documents, request counts) and an audit log of account actions.

What we do with it

We use this data to operate your account, enforce plan quotas, send transactional email (verification, password resets, suspension and billing notices) and keep the service secure. We do not sell personal data and we do not use it for third-party advertising.

Where it lives

Control-plane data and tenant project data are stored on servers located in India.

Payments

When payments are enabled they are processed by Razorpay; we store payment event metadata but never your card details.

Retention & deletion

Projects that exceed quota are suspended, never deleted. You can request account deletion by writing to accounts@finiteskills.com; we will remove personal data within 30 days, subject to legal retention duties.
